Ticket Sales/Attendance ??

Anybody have any idea how many tickets have been sold so far? I know its still early in the week. Any guesses on if it will be packed? I would hope so!

When I spoke to people in the athletic department, they said their phones are ringing off the hook. Plus Tressel and PNC Bank just bought 1,000 student tickets; I would be shocked if there isn't 15,000+ at the very minimum. Here's to hoping for a packed Ice Castle and a Semifinal berth!

I will be shocked if there is anywhere near 15k--I desperately want to be shocked--this team certainly deserves it!

Nothing is really going on Saturday right? No OSU and kids are back on campus as apposed to last time when we hosted over Thanksgiving break. Would really hope we get 15k plus

It would be great if 15,000 people came to the game Saturday. Chances are 10,000 at best; the weather could be a high of 32 degrees and we have many older fans that will stay away. It would be great to have 12,000+ and many students that make a lot of noise!!

What ever the amount:  GO YSU PENGUINS!!

Picked up my 4 yesterday. They said ticket sales were steady.

That's probably a good range.  The 2006 playoff game against ILS drew just under 11,000, although it appears the weather may be a bit worse this year.

Also, kudos to Ron Potesta who continues to promote this game tirelessly on his show on 1390. Apparently some don't like his approach, but I appreciate someone saying what needs to be said.

Tickets are in hand! Not much of a line around 5:00, 6-7 folks, but when I got the Samford tickets I was the only one there.
