You're not much of anything the way I see it.  Maybe an unneccessary irriatant, but othwise, not much of anything.

*Irritant
Oh, and English major from EWU?  In my book grammar, spelling and blogging don't necessarily go together.  But I guess the same could be said about EWU and football.

Didn't care for English as a subject actually. But I didn't let that slow me down any!

Chose not to take those classes, but they conferred a degree upon me anway. Imagine that... what's the world coming to?
A place where a Southern Californian beach bum can get a BS degree (or degree in bs if you ask the Senate science committees) from a bunch of liberal hillbillies without taking basic courses while watching a team reach the semifinals while simultaneously sucking at that very game.
You paint a bleak picture my friends. I don't know how we even survive out here.

You like jokes?
Q: Whats the difference between the Eastern Washington University Eagles and a mosquito?
A: A mosquito stops sucking.

The Eagles find it difficult to achieve this feat since they never started sucking in the first place. Maybe the Penguins will use their experience to show EWU how it's done.

On a related note, there used to be a fun Mic'd up video of BB at games. I loved it, some of the clips of him getting hot at the refs made me laugh heartily.

Sorry, can't huddle around a fire. My team has a semifinal to host. I think I'll join my friends at an inferno. You are more than welcome to join us. The fans are gracious hosts, will let you tailgate with them and share their beer. You can't let one guy online having a wrong impression of your coach ruin all the fun.

You might want to bring food though, I heard Penguin is the only fowl on the menu.

Y'all are missing the point!

Nobody came here trolling. Y'all claim to be educated football fans that want discuss serious game topics. But you spent all week in the wrong thread talking about stuff that shouldn't and probably won't matter.

You finally moved on and were confused that your opponents were grasping at straws like coach blow up videos. It's not trolling, we've just been forced to talk at y'alls back. I had one of two of y'all send me decent team breakdowns as I did for you earlier this week. But t that was about it.
But yelling - You've got no SOS - at a team that went out and found the best competition they could in non conference and played plenty of ranked opponents this year, that's just weak discussion and doesn't match what y'all claim to be.

The pot has been stirred and hopefully the cream rises. I do love mixed metaphors.

Trolls from Ewww.....you need to rep your team better before you speak of anyone else.

I disagree with a few things about Bo, but the man is a class act.  It's an honor to have him represent YSU.

FWIW, you're the first visitors to this site from opposing teams this season that came to troll, not discuss the game, so there's that.
Ohh I missed the link of Bo personally going up to wofford players after the game and recognizing them for a hard fought game, but of course lets focus on the negative.  Try sticking to what you know which is getting your a$$ beat my MVFC teams 😂.

Y'alls Forum game needs some work. Gotta do like the Penguin football team and get after it in the off season, do the heavy lifting and the grunting so you're ready for the regular season and a long playoff run. Stretch out those typing muscles, practice your video linking and stat crunching technique. Grind it out all winter with pots of coffee and dual monitors.
It didn't help that you cruised through a soft schedule of opponents (I mean if this is the first "trolling" you've seen... then you've had it as easy as SHSU this year).
You have to get through the season battle tested, having sparred with the best!
You just weren't ready for this matchup, we've been here all week to talk football. You just didn't notice until Thursday cuz y'all were busy with the suspension stuff. You let your opponent punch you in the mouth, set the tone of the discussion with extreme prejudice. And now the third quarter is over and you're deep in the hole.

But it's ok, there is time left for a comeback. It's the fourth quarter and it's time to nut up or shut up. Season is on the line. Coach BB knows, grind it out all game and when your back is against the wall LET
'R RIP!!!

Finish Strong penguins cuz this trolling ain't nothin!

Nice facility,EWU could easily do the same with Jim Thorpe if they were willing to give up the indoor tennis courts that occupy the middle of the track.

And perhaps it's worth pointing out that we beat a rushing offense better than yours quite handle earlier this year. Cal Poly knows how to run the ball better than most and as teams find out against eastern they got their yards but couldn't find the end zone nearly enough. This would be a good time to go compare redzone statistics I suppose.

Man I've been waiting all week for good football banter. It's always best in the playoffs when everybody has a good legitimate high ground to come from.

If the passing game is affected, it'll be by your defense. Which is a fair expectation for a good playoff team.

These guys play in cold weather every year, including for the last few weeks. The cold isn't going to magically appear on game day. We'll have to find you thawing out of the ice in spring if you sit around at Roos field waiting for the eagles to be surprised by the weather they've been practicing in for weeks.

Thanks for the laughs. Ask Richmond and their 1.3 ypc how they felt about our run defense.

While your making yourself feel better. Why don't you ask Wofford, the number 5 total defense how they handled our running game. Here's a hint. They didn't. EWU isn't even ranked in the top 50.
You can also call Jax State and ask how there QB did against our Defense

So yes you are one dimensional. We shut down the short stuff and pound the rock. Your in trouble.

You keep spouting things that aren't true... By play count we run more than you pass. The penguins are definitely more one dimensional from a game planning perspective. And we still average more than 4y per carry doing it, not earth shattering but it moves the chains at one of the best rates in FCS. We CAN use the short passing game OR run the ball. By yards its been a smaller part of the offense but we do run the ball effectively. Richmond learned that pretty quickly after selling out on the pass.

This should give y'all the other pressers as well with Gage and JJ Njoku. You should find more here sometime this week. Coach has them step out of practice for a minute or two and knock these out rather than having big involved pressers. Tend to do this 2-3 times a week later in the season. Less often towards the beginning.

AD does podcasts once a week, which are mostly focused on football at the moment, so thats here if you want it:

Hopefully I linked this right, but I blame you Penguins ;)

We are showing a high of 0 on game day, this would easily be the coldest game in Eastern history. Last weekend is currently second on our list at 20 degrees. What a difference a week can make.
