We played without our second best player, Schlegel, who missed the trip with the flu. Our point guard missed much of the second half with foul trouble. Our only other big girl (big is a relative term on this team) besides Brown got hurt and left the game with 11:00 minutes left. We played the last ten minutes with small guards guarding six footers inside. And we won going away. Faced with the same type of handicaps, Slocum and the men would have lost by 25.
