Meeting at a bar to watch YSU/INDY St?

Anybody know what local bars can show this game?  Do they have to get Time Warner?  I am searching for a place to watch it.

Youngstown Sports Grille?

Danny Boy's?

We have Armstrong TV.....it will be on Channel 14
Not a HD, but it will be watchable.  Don't have to
spend all the big bucks to travel and to not have
a favorite persons "SON" gets us tickets for the
game.
