Oakland's point guard was a pain in the a$$ tonight.  Not a lot you can do when he's hitting threes 8 ft pa$$ed the line but I was hoping someone could slow his drives down.

Oakland's zone was difficult and helped control the tempo .

Cohill stepped up as the leader and credit to Myles Hunter who gave quality scoring in the 1st half.

Nice crowd and it looked like the students showed up .  hopefully the crowds keep coming.

What an atmosphere!! The place was rocking. Biggest student section I've ever seen probably ever. Big win and good for the community and this team for showing out for Youngstown on national TV. Let's keep it rolling boys!!

Big home win.. Cohill came on in 2nd half when we needed him...  Now Detroit on Sunday at 2pm.  Be nice to get at least half of the enthusiasm as tonight had.  But their are NFL PLAYOFFS on TV.   I was surprised the attendance was only 3800 in attendance.   I thought it was more.  Oh well. Be happy with 2500 on Sunday.   Watch out for Detroit.   They got nothing to lose.   Watch out for 3 pointers from Antwan Davis.   He hit 9 tonight in loss to RMU

A big win in prime time on national stage.  This team can make some noise. Reminds me of the Mike Rice team talent Wise.  I hope we can keep our coach for a longtime our program needs that. But after this win I’m sure if the team keeps doing well the schools will be knocking on his door.
A Penguin for life!!!

Best starting 5 in YSU D1 history ?    Hopefully we can talk about this in March!

That was the most electric atmosphere I've ever seen at Beeghly. For a team that really deserves it! They are legit ladies and gentlemen.

I have been watching YSU’s MBB since the mid 1960s. This has to the most athletic team for us. This is probably the most accomplished team considering this is the first year for these 5 guys to have ever played together. Coaching staff has done an excellent job in molding these guys into a cohesive unit. With that being said, having 5 seniors on the team doesn’t hurt either.

3801 fans Friday yet todays game was not as filled and attendance was 4100.  Food for thought.
