All Horizon Men
« on: March 03, 2015, 09:42:17 AM »
bobby didnt even make second team? Really? As our only big he was pounded on and beat up each and every night. I know our season stunk but it seems the league voters are blaming Bobby. The kid deserved better than this.

He should have been 2nd team.   Screw this league.

If you think Bobby is good, you are sadly mistaken.  Nice kid, not a Division 1 basketball player.  He isn't physical enough.  He gets beaten down low literally like a red headed step child, no pun intended.

sadly mistaken? 14 and 8 are pretty solid numbers for a kid who has to play to many minutes. Skilled for 6'9"..can step out and face the basket and shoot...uses either hand down low...no explosion...slow from baseline to baseline is why we got him but not calling him a D1 player is a mistake my friend

Last time I checked we were talking about basketball not football.

all I know is, we have had our share of players that werent division 1 by any stretch of the imagination but Bobby hain is not one of them. 1,000 points at this level in 3 years kind of proves that. Dont you think?

Bobby is a D 1 player.  Does he have some limitations yes.  But he has a target on his back every night.

Bobby is a 4, not a 5 but because of our lack of size we have to play him at the 5.
