EKU Football
« on: February 08, 2015, 05:41:35 PM »
I had posted on here earlier about EKU doing an upgrade on their football stadium it appears now that they are in the planning stage to build a brand new facility. The east side will start this spring and when it is complete the plan is to demolish the current home side and build a new facility

Congrats on getting Noah Spence.  I wish I knew the story behind why he's not a Penguin.

Remember EKU Coach Dean Hood and Urban Meyer are buddies from Ashtabula. That is clearly how EKU even was on Noah's radar.

Coach Meyer called Dean Hood and asked him if he would be interested in taking Noah Spence

Did EKU lose many starters to graduation?

FWIW, I'd like to see EKU ( and maybe a few top notch CAA schools) join the MVFC and create a super-conference, with an Eastern and Western division.  The Western division could poach ND, Montana, EWU and other BSC powers.

they have 16 starters returning 8 offense 8 defense they have 4 gray shirts coming in that they expect to play.
They only signed 13 players this signing period and 3 or 4 of those are going to be gray shirts
