I have said all of this before and you all called me crazy.
YSU will be getting a new scoreboard/ jumbotron on the North endzone and keep the scoreboard on the South endzone side.
Like you previously stated they are planning on getting new lights as well to host a Televised playoff game, because the current lights are approximately 75 candle power and in order to host a night playoff game the home field must have lights that are 100-125 candle power. That is the reason why the YSU football field will have new lights.
If you really take a look at the current jumbotron, you will really notice how bad quality it really is. It reminds me of the old basketball jumbotron. We are in the 21st century and our amenities should show that.

Donovan McWilson, out of Cardinal Mooney is on the team here at YSU. I know he graduated last year, not sure if he played football anywhere, he was being looked at by Kentucky along with some MAC schools... His Hudl account along with his twitter and instagram account say he is on the team, can anybody confirm? Guessing he will play WR.

Travis never wanted to learn Coach Bryants playbook this season and did not participate in training camp due to that and also not seeing eye to eye with Coach Stoops. Still was an impact player on Special Teams

Paladin: After a week 1 win at Pitt (just as in 2012 season) there will be plenty of 'butts in the seats' just as there were until the 0 for October fiasco. But there will be and already is much optimism with the new coaching staff and the talent of players that are returning. Stop being such a YSU hater on a YSU blog.

You guys do realize that it is not the head coach that makes halftime adjustments, but rather the OC and DC right? Why does Wolf get all the blame for the past couple years of these non-existent adjustments when the blame should be put on Montgomery, Kravitz, Tracey, and (not really) Bryant?

So coach Carter has been let go? BIG MISTAKE

He was only planning on staying a year or two max. He was hoping for a Head Coaching job after Louisville, but did not get it. Due to that I see him being a HC on the 1AA level next year.

The players are definitely happy about the hiring!
But at the same time, the ones that we contemplating transferring are waiting for the position coaches to be named because they are the ones that spend majority of their time with the players not the head coach to contrary belief.
Assistant coaches will play as big of a factor of any in this decision.

Davis was already planning on leaving before Wolford got fired.
His players have under performed since he has been here.
Nate Dortch pretty much downgraded since he got here and the same goes for Julius Childs as well.

We just dont have a week 0 game like the past couple of years.
Only 3 preseason games as opposed to 4 the past 2 years.

Why would he not bring his brother on? I know he had a controversy at his past job, but everybody just like Bo deserves another chance.

I feel that Bryant, Zordich, Bricillo and Stoops will stay on staff and possibly Gerberry.
That would mean Coach Pelini would only have to find 6 other coaches.
