Two new coaches for the football team

Special Teams-Kenny Carter, formerly from Univ. of Louisville

Defensive Asst. Coach-Mike Zordich, formerly from the Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State

Looks like Wolford is making some solid hires.

The soft nature of our defensive players has driven many of us crazy for four years.  Zordich was the personification of a tough football player.  Let's hope that Bryant and he can change the culture.

I like these moves, especially Zordic being a local guy. Interested to see how Carter ended up here. Was part of Urban Meyer's staff at Florida when they won a national championship.

Hope Zordich sticks around this time. He is a Heacock hire. Carter is hard one to call. I think his longest stretches have been with Citadel and Louisville. A few years with YSU and he could wind-up as an FCS head or FBS Coordinator.

Carter interviewed for Kent head coaching job last year and Eastern Michigan job this year so he's getting interest. I'll take a guy that's coached in the SEC anyday.

Started in the Spring semester of......2009 I think?.. But lasted only until after spring ball, then he left us.
