What are the chances do you think guys like Kyle Bryant, Chris Elkins, Nick Liste, and dare I say even Mr. Hess get a shot in the league? Kyle Bryant will play in the East vs West Shrine Game. I say Bryant, Liste and Elkins all get signed. It will be harder for Liste but he was our best player this year besides Ruiz..... They will find spots somewhere.... Practice squad etc

All but Hess will almost certainly get at least a tryout, if not be signed as an undrafted free agent.  Elkins might have a chance to get drafted, although its unlikely.  Liste has a real good chance to be in camp somewhere throughout the preseason.  Its very hard to make a team in the NFL, but a lot of teams bring in a specialist to do some kickoffs and other duties during preseason to save their guys legs for the season.  The browns did it for years with Dawson, even though everyone knew Dawson was the guy.

My evaluation --

Liste will find it tough. Kicking is tough competition.  Possible, but not probable.

Elkins has the best shot as he can play C or OG and has good skills at both. Being able to play multiple positions even as a back-up enhances his chance as well  as special teams.

Bryant was badly over rated by most fans here. He'll be eaten  alive in the Pros, especially on pass blocking. No chance.

That brings us to Hess. A system QB. Slow not very mobile. He'll have to get lucky to find a team who is desparate  for help ( may have injuries, contract disputes or old players,etc) where he catches a break as a 3rd team QB. Canadian League might be a fit. NFL longshot.

I did forget one guy.... DB Dale Peterman. I could see him making a team, being a special teams player or practice squad. Has a nose for the ball, quick and athletic.
