Players Leaving

DT's Anthony Szymczak, Austin Trgovich, along with safety Chris Charles and QB Patrick Angle have left YSU. Definitely hurts depth but none of them besides Szymczak had a chance to compete for a starting job

"Turk" had a series of injuries he brought with him from HS. Too bad.
Angle was a reachn needed a decent scout team QB for a year.

He is headed to Ohio Northern University to play D3 football

Patrick Angle gave us three years of loyal service.  I wish him nothing but the best.  Quite logically, the kid wants to play, and I hope that he becomes a big star at the DIII level.

happens to everyone at FCS.

NDSU has lost 3 players last week (2 redshirts and 1 sophomore).   no worries.

To the contrary, just goes to show how good the parochials are......winning state titles with only "really good"....not super great (Harding) athletes. Harding churns out more D1 talent than anyone......and they win...."bumpkus"!!

Have not been impressed at all with Wolford. With that being said, players leave teams EVERY SEASON. And, while this may come as a shock to some people, it even happened when Tressel was at YSU.  :o
