Lady Pens Basketball Head Coach Bob Bolden Reported to Leave YSU

Most all local media sources are reporting that Penguin Women's Basetball head-coach Bob Bolden will leave YSU for Ohio University. This is a particularly-interesting move,as the Bobcats hail from the Mid-American Conference ...a conference which has an RPI much lower the the Horizon League.

Boldon went 23-10 with YSU this season, leading the Penguins to their best record since 1999-2000. He was named Horizon League coach of the year. A massive turn-around from the 0-30 record when he took over.

The Vinicator reports that a spokesman for OU said he could "neither confirm nor deny" Boldon's hiring.
