Nassau, The Bahamas - Freshman Jordan Andrews scored 23 points and knocked down seven 3-pointers as the Youngstown State men's basketball team defeated the Real Deal Shockers, 101-69, on Tuesday evening at Kendall Isaacs Gym.
The Penguins, who made 13 3-pointers, finished the BTC Summer of Thunder 2015 with a 2-1 record.
Andrews connected on 8-of-14 from the floor, including 7-of-13 from the 3-point arc, and led four others scoring in double figures.
Junior Brett Frantz scored 17, Sidney Umude had 12 and Bobby Hain and Matt Donlon each added 10. Hain just missed his third straight double-double with nine rebounds.
Francisco Santiago scored six points and dished out 11 assists for the Penguins, who had 31 assists as a team.
For the game, the Penguins shot 44 percent from the field, 45 percent from 3-point range and 76 percent from the free-throw line.
