Today at Beeghley: Wear Red as Basketball Goes Up Against Green Bay on ESPN3
The Youngstown State men's basketball team goes for its 10th home win of the season when it hosts Green Bay, Sunday, Feb. 17, at the Beeghly Center
• Tipoff is set for 2:05 p.m., and the game can be heard on 570 WKBN-AM and iHeartRadio.
• The game can be viewed on the ESPN3.com

Last Time Out
• The Penguins collected a 94-80 win over Milwaukee on Feb. 15 to earn a season sweep over the Panthers.
• Junior Kendrick Perry scored a game-high 28 points with eight rebounds, five assists and three steals.
• Sophomore DJ Cole scored a career-high 18 points on 7-of-10 shooting with five assists.
• Senior Blake Allen scored 17 points and made three 3-pointers.
• Junior Kamren Belin scored 15 points with seven points.

• The Penguins host Mid-American Conference member Central Michigan in the 2013 Ramada Bracketbusters at 7:05 p.m. at the Beeghly Center.

The Green Bay Series
• This is the 34th meeting between Youngstown State and Green Bay in a series that dates back to 1993.
• The Phoenix own a 25-8 advantage in the all-time series, but the Penguins have won the last two games at the Beeghly Center.
• Earlier this year, Green Bay defeated the Penguins 67-58 on Jan. 17 at the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wis.

• Green Bay is 14-12 overall and 8-5 in the Horizon League.
• The Phoenix have won three of their last four games but are just 3-9 on the road this season.
• Sophomore Keifer Sykes leads the Phoenix with 15.2 points per game.
• Junior Alec Brown is posting 13.2 points and 6.1 rebounds per game.

• Mark the second straight season YSU has won at least 16 games.

Back-to-Back 15
• The Penguins 94-80 win over Milwaukee on Feb. 15 marked their 15th win of the season.
• It also marks the first time since 1984 and 1985 that Youngstown State has won at least 15 games in consecutive seasons.
• The Penguins won 18 games in 1983-84 and 19 in 1984-85.

Perfect 10
• With a win over Green Bay, the Penguins will mark their second straight year they won 10 games at home.
• Before 2011-12, the last time the Penguins won 10 home games was during the 2006-07 season.

King Cole
• Sophomore DJ Cole scored a career-high 18 points on 7-of-10 shooting from the floor on Feb. 15 against Milwaukee.
• Cole also made a career-best three 3-pointers and had five assists against the Panthers.

Fletch Lives
• Sophomore forward Fletcher Larson turned in a gritty performance against Milwaukee on Feb. 15.
• Larson came off the bench and scored six points on 3-of-4 shooting from the floor.
• It also marked Larson's first action since Jan. 10.

Allen Sets 3's Mark
• With five 3-pointers against UIC on Feb. 10, senior Blake Allen set the Youngstown State career 3-pointers made record.
• Allen now has made 205 career 3's in three years and broke the record of 198 set by Craig Haese from 1997-2001.
• Allen ranks second in the Horizon League with 67 3-pointers and 2.6 3-pointers made per game.

KP Now 19th
• With 1,234 career points, junior Kendrick Perry ranks 19th on the YSU all-time scoring list.
• Perry needs just 22 more points to move into 18th place.
• He needs 66 more to become 17th YSU player to score 1,300 career points.
• In his 87-game career, Perry has a scoring average of 14.2 points per game.
Raining 3's
• Youngstown State made a season-high 13 3-pointers in back-to-back games against Milwaukee on Feb. 15 and UIC on Feb. 10.
• It also marks the third time this season the Penguins made at least 10 3-pointers in game.
• The only other time YSU made at least 10 3's was against Detroit on Feb. 1 with 11 3-pointers.
• Last season, the Penguins made 10-or-more 3's in a game on 10 occasions.

Eargle Nearing 1,000 at YSU
• The 1,000-point countdown for senior Damian Eargle has officially started.
• Eargle needs just 21 more points to become the 34th player in school history to score 1,000 points.
• Eargle has scored 979 points, including 296 this season, in his three-year career at Youngstown State.
• Including his 268 points at UNCG in 2008-09, Eargle has scored 1,247 points in his collegiate career.
• He would become the only player in school history with 1,000 points, 500 rebounds and 250 blocks.

KP - 20/20 Vision
• With 28 points against Milwaukee on Feb. 15, junior Kendrick Perry recorded his eighth 20-point performance this season.
• Perry, who has 18 career 20-point games, also scored 29 points against UIC (Feb. 10), had 22 against Detroit (2/1), and 28 against Valparaiso (1/30).
• Youngstown State is 3-5 when Perry has scored at least 20 points this year.
• Over the last nine games, Perry is averaging 18.6 points per game.
