SDSU week and homecoming

Well SDSU is coming to town. No sense wondering what could have been with the uni game now. Thoughts on this week?

If we could get this game, and somehow either win out or win every game except the NDSU game, I like our future for the playoffs.

I feel that we stand a better chance with NDSU than we do with SDSU. We just do not match up well with these guys and I had this marked as a loss. I agree that with the loss at UNI (which I had as a solid win after last year) this game becomes much more important.

After their great effort against Minnesota, SDSU played an ooc schedule that was weaker than ours. (non-scholarship Drake, new NEC member Long Island, and Big Sky bottom feeder Southern Utah.  Then they opened the league at home against Southern Illinois.  Four straight home games and no peer opponent.  How good are they?  Impossible to determine at this time.

Mays is out.   We need to win this game with a dominant defensive effort and create at least 2 turnovers.

Whoever is at QB they better give some help with a TE or RB over at the LT position or whoever plays will get killed.

I can't believe they left that kid on an island last week, getting beat play after play. I'm still steaming about that game and that idiotic coaching decision.

That was a bad scheme and the lack of adjustments was troubling.

Yes. Think about it ...why not even some designed outside runs? I mean we bring the WR across time after time and never gave him the ball. Just something that will take bodies out of the box. We will need to spread it out this week; but I have faith in Craycraft.

This is a very important win at the ICE CASTLE with SDSU. We must improve our play calling, some have mentioned pitch outs for the outside runs; anything but 3 plays up the middle.
Without Mays it doesn't appear to be doable. I hope for a large crowd to cheer the team to give them some added momentum and maybe a turnover.
