Lol. This is what it looks like when a high school principal who only got the job because his buddy donated millions to the university is leading a bunch of D2 and D3 coaches. Embarra$$ing...
It is too early to kill Phillips entirely. This is obviously a less than ideal situation to start rebooting a college program.
That said----the school would do well to not make being from NE Ohio the A#1 top priority in hiring decisions. I mean, the second choice was a high school coach, right? Was Super Fan not available?
With each coaching replacement the program gets worse. I'm not even gonna discuss the attendance part of it. Its over people.

I am not sure but I think that it would be hard to play for Bo Pelini even if things were going well.

They should schedule Mount Union instead of these non scholarship d1s like butler. Similar... likely better level of competition and they are just down the road so more of a local game.
Oh come on. Butler would smack Mount Union around. Same crap every year. Our schedules have been excellent for years now. This year we have the second-best (preseason) team in the Big-12, and 6 top-25 teams from our own level. What more do you want and still make the post-season?

We rag on fargo marketing.....but we've come along ways plus espn gameday really helped.
But being in youngstown friday, at 4 different bars. Saw 1 person in ysu apparel, not 1 bartender or bar had YSU swag up on walls etc. Plenty osu garbage.
Your marketing team needs to hand out some free stuff.
That is very sad. He had the potential to be a total STUD on the field. D-I talent at the FCS level for sure. Can't remember why he left the team. Prayers for him and his family:(
Yeah he definitely was a stud on the field. I knew he had academic problems and that's why he left Michigan. Also think he didn't get along well with Wolford and staff. Regardless, the kid was a special player and hoping he can pull through! It's a shame what's going on in Warren these days...
