She was a very nice person..i met her in between a basketball doubleheader when the had a dinner ..she has done alot for YSU and the valley..she will be sadly missed

This was nothing but a witch hunt..SI and all the other reporters have agendas..its not about quoting the facts and reporting as such...plus that SI article seemed like they really didnt or couldnt dig up any dirt new dirt so they piled on the crap...as for Cochran..he was a joke..everytime i drive by Penguin Place or whatever its called i think of what a waste that guy was ...as for Ray..and what he did ..old news ..

Coach was a good man ...his loyalty and anybody that knows coach he tried to fix this and keep it the family..ESPN got what they wanted they have been gunning for him since they paid Clarett 100k..to be a rat..Ray Small Rat 2, was always in the doghouse  We will soon find out that Pryor was a bigger piece of crap than we already knew.....Beanie Wells said it well today  on twitter

Do they not understand that only society will suffer more not having a Jim tressel around! He's more than a coach to alot of guys !  Alot of the players that came thru OSU are like myself and don't come from the ideal situation and when u have a guy like tress that steps
In as a father, mentor, friend and teacher! It only helps the maturation process from a boy to man! And that alone is worth more than winning football games It's not his fault at all that he had a few go stray out of hundreds!!! U check the success rate of the people that have been around him!!

That was what tress was about,,.not the crap that ESPN keeps saying over and over..$ 15000 in memorbillia and some tattoo's caused this and tress lied and payed the price...her didnt run like Pete Carroll...Auburn wins a National Championship whose QB was shopped by his dad for money and they both claimed that neither knew what the other was doing,,,Seriously ..Again Tress got what he deserved..Tomorrow we will find out what dirt they got from Tress's Youngstown days...

Sadly, the 5 culprits (athletes} that sold and traded {their stuff} will ruin JT's legacy, regardless if he stays or goes.  Yes JT made a poor judgement call to protect his family "(football team}, which any good parent would do.  The players arent saints, JT isnt a Saint , and the more how i see the NCAA operates they arent Saints, as well as the corrupt BCS.  I do agree with Penguinpower, ESPN is biased and have no creditabilty when it comes to college football.  They are the voice of the SEC.  The Auburn mess should prove it. Why no deluge of ESPN reporters on the Auburn campus when Cam Newton was exposed as the fraud that he is? But when the Clarett thing went down they looked every nook and crannie to paint a picture that OSU and JT are gangsters, thugs, and snake oil salesman.  They never tried to espose the coach at USC after the Bush scandal, gave Bowden a free pass as well.  Oregons trouble is hush, hush as well, with the recruiting service scandal.  Thats because whose one of the biggest advertisers Nike...Oregons biggest monetary booster connect the dots . The money trail is there. ESPN in my opinion is a joke.

IP...just like the way the dots look...But thanks for the kind response...i think we all know that you think your...doesnt stink....but maybe in time you will mellow out...but i doubt it...

As for JT..yes he is gone and really I dont care...but the guy put Youngstown State on the map and that will never change...I am glad we had him and  enjoyed some great football.

Please understand that some of us just do not care about Ohio State, and the troubles that Tressel is enduring have no interest for us.  I certainly appreciate what the man did for us for fifteen years, but it should be obvious that Tressel will not survive this.  He was doomed from the moment that he notified the quarterback's "handler" about the allegations instead of his AD or president.

Really...i guess you have a problem with the new indoor complex that he gave what a couple a million...we will have him take it back...and you can pick up the slack!!!! oh you can't!!!  JT will always be a part of our football legacy and unfortnately some of the haters can't understand that!!!

That isnt my call...IT IS FAIRLY OBVIOUS that we cant recruit ..Ohio kids...everybody on here was like..going crazy that with us being in the Horizon and all the publicity.would parlay into recruiting success..read this link...and we got outrecruited by 2 weaker conferences...

MAAC...MEAC...great job coaching staff to let those people outwork you...

Could care less if the MAC is weaker in basketball..Butler is the Horizon..we are along for the ride and up to now other than getting the little subsidy money from BUTLERS success our Men's program has done little to justify any excitement in Ohio's recruiting wars....as for what Kent Hired...they did what they always have done since Waters turned that program around...They hired from within...
