Tressel's beliefs and loyalty was what done in him ,,,he thinks that he can fix the bad apples if you give them the tools to make the right decisons. ..has anybody listened to the players...even the bad apples said he was a good man. Meyer, Saban, Carroll, Miles, Stoops.have skeletons and all the big programs have boosters that go overboard...the NCAA is a sham...look at the Auburn situation...with Cam Newton...Boise State, USC, Miami, NC, Colt McCoys wife slipped up and said players were getting stuff at Texas...ESPN...has no creditabilty anymore on how they has trashed the Buckeyes over and over again..but Les Miles gets a free pass at LSU...Kelly at Oregon, Carroll got one as well..Michigan fans have no reason to point fingers remember the fab 5, Rich Rod..its the culture of college athletics and if you don't think its happening at your favorite team you are sadly mistaken.

Heres a stat line...we havent made a FG this year...I thought the one we missed late in the game yesterday..was a big momentum changer 44yds out...

Just a poor overall performance by the D after a bye week...but with how many freshman starting on D ...WHAT can we really expect? If we don't see improvement as we get to November..then maybe we need to bring a new D coach...but we are playing so many green players...Rodgers, Williams, Mayes, Senter, DAvis...Seriously...this is a recipe for disaster on D.

Great article...I remember after the Samford game...I said we had to make that trip to Statesboro ...I said this might be our ownly chance to go to a championship...little did we know that we were on a wonderful run of getting to that game!!!...

So i guess after everybody checked out the 2 deep depth chart..they think we are going to be effective with frosh, and sophomores and JC transfers with very few gameday starts under their belts..not going to happen...

We have a long way to go and i am sure the tackling issues will be addressed during the bye week.

This team was gutted for a reason we lacked depth, talent and athleticism, size..and that has been addressed.

If we would have got a favorable call on the fumble recovery we would have a W...

I agree about the onside kick would have kicked it away...

I'll refine that very well said statement.

Ursuline has become the East/Chaney/Wilson/North/South/Rayen-All Star Team......plus a few catholic guys named Ohara....this is what Ursuline has become.........Our HS programs in Y-twon would be much better off if this was moderated by the Diocese.

Sure Mooney always got a kid or two each year from the city....they still do.

But they never get 40......like their friends on the North Side.

A casual view of each schools football programs....and the grade schools....their players attended (if included.....one school doesn't)....is all that needs to be said.

Ursuline won NOTHING at the regional or State level......until the demise of the Y-town public schools. And the "vouchers" they so expertly exploited.

We all need to calm down...Please look at the 2 Deep depth charts and count how many Seniors are in the mix...look at games started etc,,,

The roster was gutted because we needed to upgrade size, speed, athleticism, and look like a FCS team...Wolford is recruiting his ass off but this is a 3-5 yr project...and then we should be back in the mix...Indy State will win more than you think..but we have to be patient and let the rebuild happen...

When u have Fresh and Sophs manning aloit of the positions you probably are not going to win championships...

The problem is we got lucky and got an offensive genuis that knows offensive football and can tutor QB's to make the pro's...Montgomery-and Big Ben...this team is improving and growing every week..Hess is what 4 games into his soph year...so again patience ...fans
