Against Saint Peter's, the Penguins jumped out to a 3-1 lead after a three-run third inning. Freshman Kelly Stowe hit a two-run double and Brooke Meenachan walked to plate Rumph.

The Peacocks answered with three runs in the bottom of the third to take a 4-3 lead.

The Penguins tied the game at 5-5 with after run-scoring triple by senior Sarah Gabel in the fifth and Rumph's RBI-single in the sixth.
