Soccer Falls to Robert Morris, 1-0
Youngstown, Ohio -- The Youngstown State women's soccer team fell to Robert Morris by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday evening at Farmers National Bank Field.

The Penguins fall to 1-4-1 and each of the four losses have been by a score of 1-0. Robert Morris improves to 4-2-1.

The Colonials scored the game's only goal at the 23:16 mark when Lauren Pietrowski's throw in found Kristie Hamilton who buzzed a shot into the lower-left corner of the net.

The Penguins tried to mount a comeback with six second-half shots, but only one of those was on goal.

The Colonials out-shot the Penguins, 13-10, while YSU had five corners kicks to Robert Morris' four.

The Penguins close out their three-game home stand against Ohio, Friday, Sept. 13, at Farmers National Bank Field. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m.
