The Youngstown State football team was back outside on Tuesday afternoon at Stambaugh Stadium working out in full pads for the final time this spring.

The Penguins spent just under two hours on the stadium turf. YSU had another efficient workout spending a majority of the time on individual drills and fundamentals. Quarterbacks Dante Nania and Nick Wargo led the offense the entire workout with Kurt Hess in class.

The 41st annual Red-White Spring Game is set for this Friday at Stambaugh Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. and will be carried live on 570 WKBN.

Details and rosters for the contest will be announced on Wednesday.

YSU will hold its final practice on Thursday afternoon with a light workout scheduled for Stambaugh Stadium.

Head Coach Eric Wolford, tight ends coach Mark Mangino along with TB Demond Hymes and SS Donald D'Alesio will appear on the Penguin Gameday TV Show this evening at 7 p.m.
