Women's Basketball Hosts Annual Media Day

The Youngstown State women's basketball team held its annual media day on the Beeghly Center's Rosselli Court on Wednesday afternoon.

The 11 student-athletes in attendance introduced themselves to start the event, and Coach John Barnes followed by discussing the team's progress through seven practices, the squad's strengths and his expectations for 2015-16. Barnes and the student-athletes then talked with media members in one-on-one interviews.

Media representing four television stations, four newspapers and iHeartMedia were all in attendance.
