Eighteen Student-Athletes Receive Degrees Following Fall Semester

The Youngstown State Athletic Department would like to congratulate a group of 14 former and four current student-athletes for earning their degrees following the fall semester.

The former Penguins who received their diplomas during ceremonies at the Beeghly Center on Dec. 15 were Blake Aquadro (Baseball), Neil Schroth (Baseball), Michael Davis (Track and Field), Andre Barboza (Football), Josh Fenderson (Football), Fred Herdman (Football), Mark Pratt (Football), Gannon Hulea (Football), Dom Rich (Football), Will Shaw (Football), Aronde Stanton (Football), Kelsey Wagy (Volleyball), Vicky Rumph (Softball) and Sarah Heimlich (Women's Golf).

Current Penguins to receive their degrees were Nate Adams (Football), Monica Touvelle (Women's Basketball), Jelani Berassa (Football) and Soyriah Davis (Swimming).

Of the group, Rumph graduated Summa Cum Laude while Rich and Adams graduated Magna Cum Laude and Touvelle graduated Cum Laude.
