Penguins Host Fall Invitational at Boardman Tennis Center

The Youngstown State men's tennis team will play host to the YSU Fall Invitational beginning Friday afternoon at the Boardman Tennis Center. The six-team event will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free.

The Penguins will entertain ASA of New York, Wright State, Saint Francis (Pa.), Duquesne and Robert Morris at the event.

Friday's matches are set to start at 1 p.m. and continue throughout the afternoon. Saturday's action starts at 8 a.m. and will go until 8 o'clock that evening. Sunday's action starts at 8 a.m. with the last matches scheduled for 11:45 a.m.

Competing for the Penguins in Flight A will be Silviu Mistreanu, Max Schmerin and Sebastian Hagn. In Flight B, Rodrigo Campos, Zeeshan Ismail will be in action while Victor Theorin and Dawoud Kabli will represent the Guins in Flight C.

The doubles will feature one main draw. YSU's doubles teams are Hagn-Kabli, Campos-Mistreanu, Schmerin-Theorin and Ismail will team up with Wright State's Kirill Kultinov.
