Penguins Pick Up Wins Over Robert Morris, Chicago State

YSU opened Saturday's action with a strong 7-0 win over Robert Morris. YSU won all six singles matches in straight sets as Silviu Mistreanu, Sebastian Hagn, Zeeshan Ismail, Rodrigo Campos, Felipe Rosa and Victor Theorin all won in straight sets.
The Penguins picked up the doubles point against the Colonials winning 8-6 at No. 1, 8-6 at at No. 2 and 8-3 at No. 3.
Later in the day, YSU collected a 6-1 win over Chicago State. YSU lost two of three doubles matches to the Cougars before bouncing back to win all six singles matches. Mistreanu, Hagn, Campos, Rosa and Theorin all won in straight sets while Ismail had to fight off CSU's Julian Chavez, 6-2, 2-6, 6-2 to pick up the win.
The Penguins conclude their busy weekend with a match against IPFW. The dual is set to start at 9 a.m.
