"Brittney has a tremendous glove and can play several infield positions," Campbell said. "She also has surprising power at the plate for a player her size. She adds to an already strong defensive infield."
Moffatt, a left-handed hitting infielder, batted .430, .425 and .433 over the last three summers and hit .405 at the Canadian National Championships in 2012.
A Provincial Finalist and National Finalist in 2010, Moffatt was named to Team Ontario for the past three years and competed in the ISF Youth World Cup in Florida.
She was also a Provincial Champion and National Finalist in 2011; was picked up for the 2012 nationals tournament and was named MVP five times in 11 games; and was named a Provincial Champion in 2013.
Moffatt was also named an alternate to the Junior Canadian National Team for the Junior Women's World Championship in Brampton, Ont., in the summer of 2013.
Moffatt joins Darcella Blakey (Indianapolis, Ind.) , Sarah Dowd (Pottstown, Pa.), Alexandria Gibson (Fremont, Calif.), Maria Lacatena (Stanhope, N.J.) and Caitlyn Minney (Wellington, Ohio) in the 2014 recruiting class.
