New Stadium lights for next season, hopefully
« on: September 09, 2014, 10:59:56 PM »
Surprised that nobody has mentioned this yet.  In today's Vindicator there is an account of Strollo's appearance at the last Curbstone Coaches meeting.  He pointed out that our lighting is outdated and projects only about half of the foot-candle power that the NCAA now considers the standard.  He wants to have that fixed by next football season.

Later in the article, Strollo also stated that season ticket sales have increased for each of the last five years.  Hey, don't kill the messenger.  That statement is what Scalzo attributed to Strollo in the article.  It was rather obvious at the Duquesne game, don't you think. ::)

On the wish list...........please a new sound system.  I cannot understand or hear the words being pronounced.  Of course I am an old buzzard and maybe my earing needs to be adjusted.

Whatever happened to all of the audio and visual equipment the Browns removed from their stadium after last season?
It has got to be better than our drive-through system.

Jim Morrison from the Penguin Club mentioned a new scoreboard in the works at the Duquesne game. Not sure if it was wishful thinking or not but he had a lot of details.
