Does it really matter what someone says after so much time has passed?  I mean Tressel wouldn't have been in C-bus if he hadn't won all those NC's.

Wolford is is still building a reume because he has improved the win/loss stat each year. This year will be even more challenging because he loses his QB and he doesn't have a reputation for fielding strong defensive teams. He need to get thiis addressed and send a message that he means business on defense so he can continue to recruit well.

I still think that he has more to prove before someone snags him, but he has been here for what 4 years now?  How old is the statment?  In football 6 months is old news.

Bowling Green hires Dino Babers
Updated: December 18, 2013, 6:48 PM ET
By Joe Schad | ESPN

Christopher Hanewinckel/USA TODAY SportsDino Babers went 19-7 in his two seasons at Eastern Illinois, including 12-2 this season.

Dino Babers is leaving Eastern Illinois to be the next coach at Bowling Green, the school announced Wednesday.

Babers was Eastern Illinois' head coach for two seasons, going 19-7, including 12-2 this season. He guided the Panthers to No. 2 in the final regular-season FCS poll, but Eastern Illinois lost to Towson last week in the FCS quarterfinals.

Under Babers' guidance, quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo passed for 5,050 yards and 53 touchdowns and won the Walter Payton Award as the top player in FCS.

Babers, who will be the first black coach in Bowling Green football history, succeeds Dave Clawson, who took the job at Wake Forest.

Babers was an assistant at Baylor under Art Briles, coaching Robert Griffin III and utilizes an uptempo, spread offense. Babers, 52, has also been an assistant at UCLA, Pittsburgh, Texas A&M and Arizona, San Diego State and Purdue.

The 52-year-old Babers has more than 30 years' experience as an assistant in FBS.

Among other coaches, Bowling Green had also talked to Florida Gators defensive coordinator D.J. Durkin.

LOL exactly. Paladin has been banned from essentially every message board he's ever posted on. Mainly because of the personal insults.

I think both JJ and Paladin need to settle down. Both of you can be too negative, although JJ, Paldin usually does not attack personally as much as you do. Everyone on here knows other people's personalities ...we all enjoy both of your contributions; just keep things civil.

They're all wrong though. He made Dante Nania the second coming of Peyton Manning / Time Tebow during his recruiting process.

Who is this kid?  He acts like a 4 year old.

He's not always wrong, he's not always right. I'm sure the same goes for you, and for all of us that just read like I normally do or post like many others.   I appreciate his opinion, whether I agree or disagree with it; I like to see what he thinks.
