VerbalCommits.com reports YSU has offerred 6-4 shooting guard Quantez Brown of Dorman (SC) HS (2014).

They show Gardner Webb (who lost their head coach to become a Butler assistant today) as his only other offer

Radford and Gardner Webb are currently Brown's other offers.
