YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – In just a month it's reporting day for the Youngstown State football team with practice starting a day later.
Just like other programs around the country, there will be some changes for the new season and the Penguins are no different.
David Rach of South Range High School, who left the program prior to spring practice, is back taking part in the summer voluntary workouts.
Rach started every game last year and was the team's third leading tackler.
Leaving the program is receiver Diont'e Snow and cornerback Randy Louis.
