There is nothing that can be said that hasn't already about this staff.

Get a damn offensive coordinator whose offense is not 95 percent QB run!
You left out the defensive coordinator…

I know head coach signed a long-term contract, but we cannot go in next year with Phillips as head coach!

Hire Duguesne head coach or other division 2 head coach.

His road record is horrible at now 5-21.  Yes 5-21.  He should be coach anymore.  But the extension is going to be used as an excuse if there ever was one.

It's fair to blame coaching staff for the loss today obviously there will be adjustments but changing coaches is not the answer.  It is a process. Who is the better coach available?  Dusquesne's coach has been there over 20 years.  Stability has lead to a successful program.  Our inexperience on defense is our problem and has been all season.  Brungard inexperience has been his weakness.    Let's see how we do it the portal.  We have a lot of young talent that will only get better unless we panic and do something stupid like switching coaches at this point.   That's the difference between the browns organization and the Steelers.

How is there no university release on this extension?

Jayguin you got a point but he has had 5 years and only one playoff win and horrible road record as a coach.  Plus I think some may transfer after the season.  Almost a given.  Who wants to be part of our program right now.   Especially a RB who would want to come here knowing BB is our best runner.  Some backs may think twice about coming here.  We lose like 7 or 8 starters on offense at end of year.  Recent recruiting has been an F.  No talent on the team except punter and place kicker

This staff incompetence is NOT FAIR TO THEY PLAYERS. They all have to go now. I mean today. You'll lose the kids you want to keep if you don''t promise them a future.

Does the school administration and trustees care enough to buy out the contracts? I highly doubt it. They have been crying poor since my brother played 25 years ago.
