Not too change the subject, but I thought Baker was the DB coac?

As to D'Alesio, he is the kind of guy that we want coaching here. It is just that he he is no where near ready for a coordinator's job.

There is no question in my mind that Pelini needs to replace Crist (OC) and D'Alesio (DC) for us to have any hope next year.
