99 has potential to be legendary like Wilkins or McFadden.

86 will advance to the Sunday league.

I would be surprised if 11 on defense doesn't make sunday league too

If he keeps improving like he has been and avoids major injuries he will definitely belong there.

As it stands right now Rivers is projected as the 25th best draft eligible Defensive end for 2016. Personally I feel his stock is alot higher then that
