These pot holes are an insult to every taxpayer out there.  Cannot tell me that in 2015 we do not have the technology to construct a road that will not fall apart in 2-4 years. And why do we have to fix a pot hole by making a bump out of it?

Do not spend 1 dime of the states rainy day fund money on fixing them, just build them correctly.

LOL!! You should feel good about your situation. Move to KY!! Every year I have to pay "Usage Tax" on each vehicle I own/drive. It is 6% of the blue book value of the car. So let's say I have a car valued @ $10K I have to pay $686.00 for license plates each year. The $600.00 is the usage tax and supposed to go to the road infrastructure/repairs. I'll go out on a limb and say I see as many pot holes as you do
