Invisible Championship

It seems the soon to begin FCS championship game has been forgotten. Even ESPN who is broadcasting the game makes no mention of it. Is the three week layoff benficial or hurtful? I admit I hate the long break at it destroys the continuity of the playoffs. One week off at most would be more reasonable. Having three off then competing for attention with the FBS championship and the NFL playoff does not seem to promote or highlight FCS football. Wouldn't it be better to play earlier and compete for attention with the bowls?

I've wondered if the FCS championship would be better off on NY's eve...as if it were a FCS bowl game.

I agree that having the game a week after all the bowl games are over makes no sense, it would be better off instead of waiting 3 weeks to play the game to play it the week following the semi final game like D3 does

Go Redbirds.
Refs just giftwrapped that NDSU FG by calling Wentz down due to forward progress before that fumble.

ISUr !
It would demonstrate further how powerful the MVFC is beyond NDSU.

NDSU does not even know what 2-minute offense is. ISU should have brought the house in on every play. Well we are down to #3 in titles.
