I highlighted some of the things that I found interesting:

The kick coverage number are unacceptable. 42.6 average yards?

Yet we had no punt return yardage? Must be a mistake on the punts. ON the other hand, SIU started most every drive almost in FG range.

Only 3 of 14 in 3rd-down conversions.

By the numbers -

Net kickoff yardage yards is terrible.  This has hurt us the last few weeks, giving a starting position so close to, or on our side of the field.  A few years back we began kicking to the sidelines near the 30 with as much hang time as possible, just looking for a fair catch.  I'm not sure that I like that option though.

If we can continue to cover this up by sustaining long drives and chewing up the clock as well as going 4 for 4 in the red zone, it will provide us with close and competitive games.
