Offensive Line Clinic Set for the WATTS on Saturday

The Youngstown State football coaching staff will be hosting an Offensive Line Clinic presented by Sports Construction Group, LLC, in the WATTS on the YSU campus this Saturday (March 3). The clinic will go from noon to 6 p.m. and features an impressive group of presenters.

The clinic is open to high school and college coaches, offensive line enthusiasts and anyone interested in learning more about the position.

Two BCS Offensive Line Coaches, a former NFL All-Pro and a veteran of both the collegiate and professional ranks will present a variety of topics.

West Virginia Offensive Line Coach Bill Bedenbaugh will discuss Running from the Spread: O-Line Reads & Responsibilities; Ohio State Co-Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach Ed Warinner will talk about the Spread Run Game's Schemes and Techniques; Tony Wise, a 40-year coaching veteran who most recently was an assistant at Pittsburgh will discuss Fundamental Pass Protection Techniques and Schemes; and LeCharles Bentley, a three-time NFL Pro-Bowl Offensive Lineman and All-American at Ohio State will speak on training methods for Offensive Linemen, techniques and pass protection fundamentals as well as drills to enhance skills.

Registration starts at 11 a.m. with the clinic beginning at noon. The cost is $30. Special hotel rates are available at the Holiday Inn Boardman and lunch is included in the fee.

I've sent this opportunity to many kids, parents that I know.......you all (with OL/DL) aspirations should do the same.
