Funny, yes, but TRUE it is also. Frankly I don't know what his issues were, but I can't say I'm sorry to take them somewhere else. We brought in Alexander from Nebraska and Gibson as a freshman and I thought Bo has this D really headed in the right direction. The problem with transfers is they are gone before you know it, and Gibson was never the same after his FR year.
Reed, when healthy is the best D end I've ever seen at YSU and that includes Rivers and Moss. If healthy at Va Tech, he could really move up in the draft. We'll miss him for sure. I do think DL is our deepest unit, but 2 players half as good don't add up to one Justus Reed!
