I would be all over Long Beach CC. That conference gets some great players from the LA Catholic schools.  We had that stud from Mater Dei come out of there. He played for Heacock and was 'all everything'  and a pro tryout. Cannot remember his name.

Re kid from Mater Dei.  All I remember is he was a RB and a good one (I think LOL)

Verbal to Eastern is like a slap in the face to us     Wonder why he never considered us.  We are same level and closer.  But i tink h

Relax Pride.  This is just another local kid who played against suspect competition in high school. Very much like Brungard and Ballone. The kid who played his last year at Springfield is a much better choice.  He played high level competition at least in his senior year.

You guys are talking about the Springfield up near Dayton right?  If so I saw the kid against St Ed in the title game,,,,,,he can definitely play at YSU

Yes Lecter, that is the kid.  He is coming here as a preferred walk-on.  Good to hear your positive evaluation.

I’m really surprised he didn’t get a ride somewhere, although he is most welcome here.  He can play

Ciom 7. You may be looking at the QB from west branch who signed with Kent.  The QB from south range is Billy Skripac who may be choosing baseball over football.  Big loss for football.

Supposed to be a hell of a pitcher right?

With him and the kid from Lowellville, have to take into account who they were playing against.

I really believe that our team is not playing up to their potential due to the fact that the coaching staff are way out of their league.  And I feel for the players going into senior day in front of maybe 4000 fans and taking another butt kicking.

4000 fans?  How about 1500 if we count the band.

Shame the seniors and their parents go out like this

As for Brungard, he is not even being recruited at YSU as QB, but as an athlete.  Likely play defense.

Sounds right, will be interested to see where they put him.

Safety.  Couldn’t play any other position.  Hope I’m wrong

He can follow in our long line of undersized white safeties
