Great post fever. Yea and we probably dropped 50 balls this year. And other than Kennedy our special teams were not that special. Plus we lost our Left tackle and ....somehow everybody thinks it will just be fixed with another QB. Oh well.

Grier was suspended for a year for Peds by the NCAA he is eligible for reinstatement mid Oct 2016. He is from NOrth Carolina I think. We have zero chance of getting him.

Semi final games are duds. They need to re-think the playoff system based on geography or what ever BS criteria. I think for one they need to make all of FCS full scholarship and eliminate the BS teams and conferences. Or make them ineligible for the playoffs. I would drop it to 16 teams like it used to be. I turned both games off early.

Heacock just couldn't pull the trigger on some sub par assistants. We were paying all of them pennies on the dollar so the quality assistants wouldn't apply. I liked him and he represented YSU well and ran a clean program.
He followed a legend and a HOF coach which no matter what he did the pressure had to be huge. He got screwed out of getting us in one time and if we wouldn't have had the fumble against Marshall I think we would have qualified then too. I wish him success!

Memo, to Pelini haters . Your program just like ours are both in decline. You guys should have never left the Big 12., we should have never joined the Gateway. Both programs had Legends that coached them you with Osborne, us with Tressel. Nobody wants to go to Nebraska to play , same as Ytown because of our area and FCS status. Just accept it, I have it's tough. Football has changed the tv dollars rule and some programs will always be elite Which Nebraska or my Penguins probably will never be. At least I can root for the Buckeyes and sorry do to that you live in East Cornville you just have the huskers. I have an idea why don't you create a bowl and call it the Corn Bowl with your 7 wins a year that you will get You will be a great host! My whole point is Pelini isn't the problem just look in the mirror it's staring you in the face!

Since we joined this conference it's been our Achilles to a slow death to mediocrity. With the addition of all the Dakotas to the conference it has hurt us even more. For one we don't recruit THEIR states and we don't have any rivalries and can't travel to the games. So all we are to them is a slot on the schedule. Officiating is poor and the TV network sucks. We are being used and honestly I think they could careless if we stayed. We need to go CAA OVC or NEC. NEC we would be the big fish and maybe we could find a couple schools to join with us.

I was looking at the brackets and did I read this wrong? All our conference qualifiers which was 5 teams are in the same bracket half. If we are the toughest conference shouldn't the brackets be distributed a little different. It seems they don't want a repeat of last years game. What a joke.

If the Reardon rumor is true we are in trouble if he can't make it at Kent why the f*** do we want him. I seen him play no big deal.
