I agree football is a team sport and to say that one player is the problem i unfair. Even Coach Pelini when asked point blank about him changing Quarterbacks chuckled and said that yes Wells made a bad decison but there were other reasons that were affecting the passing game. Davis is the new winkle in the offense so far. But Wells is QB1 and Pelini and Monty are all in with Wells. If Wells lays an egg Saturday then all bets are off. If Wells pulls out the upset Saturday will that make the Davis supporters happy I doubt it. I just want a win that's all. Go Guins!

One play at a time, 0ne quarter at a time. One game at a time. Let's take care of business at home. After the beating we took a few weeks ago, we have shown there is no quit on this team. We won on the road and closed out a game. We can do this! If I am being a cheerleader I don't give a rats ass !!! Being negative now does nothing to get us better!!! I BO-LIEVE!!!!

If I was joe average fan and comparing football programs this is what I would see. Us 1 playoff appearance in 15 years. Them, 4 playoff appearances in 6 years. Us 3 different HC in 6 years. Them, 1 in 19yrs. We have all new asst coaches except 2 on offense and 1 on D. They have most of the same staff with 6 plus years with the program. We had 3 guys missing on the O line as well. Throw in all the other crap and WHY would anybody think we had a chance today. We are a mess because we are REBUILDING again. All the damage from the last 2 coaches will take years to fix. Heacock got lucky when a guy named Mason showed up and it got him to the playoffs. Wolford limited in HC skills, recruited guys that were better athletes and met the eye test on the field but couldn't coach them up because a lot of them lacked the work ethic, leadership and little football IQ. We had 2 whiffs, while the other guys have built a program.

Nice job Vindy, instead of YSU all over the center of Sports Section, what do we see, a full color article with extra pics of a kid from Canfield that plays for KENT ST. YSU, is on the side as filler of the opening of Camp. I understand its a local kid, BUT HE isn't bigger than the YSU Program. He should have been where YSU was. NICE Advertisement for KENT ST. VINDY! I think I will be canceling my subscription.

Comments by the ex Warren Harding rob are very troubling to me. Said players were burned out and didn't want to play anymore at end of season and basically how I read into it ranked it. They didn't want to Play in the cold weather! Wtf. Etc. Like Pelini said this team has lacked leadership from the players. Seriously the cold weather comment and just wanting the season to end bothers me.

Really not much chatter, things must be going good. Did see we lost Ryan Moore with a torn ACL.
