Wolf and heacock both stink. There that settles it. Each should stick to being assistant coaches. Neither is good enough to be a head coach at this level

Wolf has upgraded the talent level considerably on the offensive side of the ball. He needs to recruit better defensive players and something has to change with the defensive coaching staff. i'm not just talking about Tressey. They need to look at coach Sims, Stoops and every defensive coach.
Bottom line is if coach Wolford's philosophy remains that the offense is responsible for winning games he will never be a successful head coach. At the end of the day this football team is not well coached or disciplined. There are things going on now that were issues four years ago that have not be corrected.
My fear is that Strollo is going to offer Wolford a nice contract extension and we all know that YSU will not fire a coach until the contract expires because they can't afford to or are afraid to which means we will be stuck with Wolf for several more years much like we were stuck with heacock for too many years.It is time for a new AD.

Every year there are more and more oddballs showing up at fball and bball games and less normal looking people and less fans overall. Is ysu giving away free tickets to all the halfway houses on the northside? I guess strollo has to find a way to fill the seats somehow.

When is YSU going to forget all this FCS crap and move up and play in the big rodeo(stealing a word out of coach Wolf's vocabulary). Wolf should dress up like a cowboy for next weeks game and tell the team and coahces they need to cowboy up.

SUPER FAN may not have actually been a fan at all. he may have been working for coach Tressel. I always suspected him of stealing the other teams play calls and relaying them to coach Tressel. maybe that explains YSU's success in the 90's. We need another SUPER FAN!

Anyone know whatever happened to SUPER FAN? he was as much a part of YSU's success in the 90's as anyone else. It is about time YSU recognize SUPER FAN and honor him. The annual hall of fame game would be perfect time to do it! And when will YSU ever honor the greatest YSU player of all time - Ray Isaac. Everyone wants to talk about Brungard and Ryan and others but without Isaac there would be no YSU as we once knew it. Simply the best!

They probably will give Wolf 7 or 8 years to make the playoffs but not 9. Point is as much as YSU talks about the high standards they have for winning they don't do anything about it. YSU was extremely lucky when they got Tressel. They never won much before or after him. They had an opportunity to take the program to the next level in the 90's. The program has been stagnant for the last 15 years. YSU is just a mediocre program playing at a mediocre level of football.

last years broadcast of NDSU game was pretty bad as well. The quarterback and backfield was not in the picture the whole game.

YSU's defense couldn't hold Ursuline to 10 points. The defense is going to have to make some plays and create a turnover or two. If they play like they did against South Dakota were in trouble

how come when you watch YSU football games on tv the penguin at midfield is upside down? Should the tv camera be on the other side of the field or is the penguin just upside down? I never seen this with any other team or field. Only YSU.
