Where do they turn this time.  Hope its not a re-tread from OSU and Tressel days.  So many of them landed MAC jobs and failed miserably. Any idea where they turn now?

I know efforts have been made in the last 10 years to improve the Beeghly Center but the facility is soooo dated its embarrassing for the year 2020.  I watched the highlight of Q's coast-to-coast lay-up and was like WOW.  Someone (possibly the AD, isn't that his job) needs to focus on a capital campaign to make noticeable changes and updates to the facility.

We are poor in all 3 phases of the game.  Offense, Defense and Special Teams.  So would anyone care to speculate on the issue?  The coach blames the players.  So if thats the case the players aren't very good then.  I personally think its a combination of coaching and very poor recruiting.  Its over for a LONG, LONG, LONG time fellow penguins.

I don't think we YSU can wait another 20+ years to bring updates to Stambaugh.  Personally, I believe its time to bring something new for the fans and improve the experience.  Possibly adding a patio area attached to the southside of the East stands.  Maybe a beer garden, local brewery (Penguin Brewing) local food (Charlie Staples) Ribs.  I am sure there is a no compete with the food service contract but just a thought.  Maybe get Pepsi involved.  Sell the idea and generate excitement for the younger crowd.  Its time to think out-of-the-box.

I have to say the Athletic Department should be completely embarrassed to release that article.  As a former YSU athlete and graduate it is insane to think that someone actually released that article with countless grammar and spelling errors.  That department is inept from top to bottom.  Mr. Parks, please keep in mind you are running a department at an institution of higher learning.  Is there any accountability in that department?

This once feared venue full of majic must return.  Not ONLY has Wolf gone 4-10 in the final 3 games of every season.  He and his teams have neglected to protect their home field.  Wolfs record in conference games at Stambaugh is 10-10....... In order to be successful in any sport you must WIN at home.

Did anyone else read the Rulli Bros 3-Point Play release on ysusports.com?  If you havent please do.  The grammatical errors and misspellings are blinding......  Do you think the SID proofreads or okays prior to distribution?  Or do you think he and the Asst SID are overwhelmed with more important duties?  It is appalling to read these errors repeatedly on a sanctioned website of a higher learning institution........  YSU deserves better!

If any other sport at YSU other than Mens Golf played against or competed with the teams listed below we would see an article about the team being from the MAC, Big Ten or BCS conference.  If you take a closer look the mens team is in 4th place following 2 rounds.. The staff and AD are a joke along with the countless SIDs that dont cover their respective sports the way they should....

I watched this short video on vindy where he suggested YSU will/should consider eliminating D1 athletics.  I dont know this guy and im gonna keep my thoughts to myself but who does this guy think he is?  Im not sure I spelled his name correct and I really dont care.... Having read his columns in the past I guess I shouldnt be surprised...
