Was at an ice castle meeting and heard we are having a hard time scheduling money games. Nobody wants to play us we had Syracuse lined up for a future schedule and they backed out.

I don't understand why we can't schedule money games, N. Dakota St. doesn't have any problem and all of the MVFC schools have one and sometimes two money games every year. What's are problem lining up money games?

Sometimes what it looks like isn't exactly what it is. With 5 straight wins against FBS teams, I bet NDSU is having a TON of problems lining up future money games. Nothing to win and tons to lose for the FBS teams. You think Iowa wants them again? Yeah, sure! I'd suggest you take a look. NDSU has the best, toughest FCS schedule I've ever seen, but not a "money game" in sight! (and no non-scholarship teams either) In fact, I don't see a money game on their schedule until Oregon in 2020.

For what it is worth, I have noticed that most of the schools playing two tend to hail from the western plain states. usually the Southland and they schedule one mid-major and one major program. I would be interested to see why. It must have to do with the lower quantity of programs.
