Title: MVFC - 1st FCS Conference with Replay Review

@FCS_Gameday: Missouri Valley reportedly moving to use replay in conference games in 2014. Formerly replay only used in FCS during playoffs. #FCS

This will be welcome inside the Ice Castle. We've seen our fair share of sketchy calls by these officials that could/should have been overturned.

College is not like the NFL. Perhaps he may waste one at some point if he thinks the refs may not review it, but that's about it.

You'd be surprised how happy that bit of info makes me. I can't stand bad timeouts and poor clock mgt.
