Title: 98 Football Game at Kent State

Does anyone else remember the hit Dwyte Smiley put on the dude at Kent!!  I'd love to find video of that smack.  Smiley could lay the lumber.

I remember that. That was the one at Kent state. We were at the tailgate lot and some people came up and started complaining and then went in and got the police brought them over. We had no idea what you know if it was reserved or anything else where we asked first. Any case I remember the police officer said hey just because they got up early do you have no one to blame but yourselves and he just walked away and let us stay there and tailgate

The WR was Eugene Baker who played for the Falcons in NFL.  Tough guy took the hit, hung on to the ball and returned to the game later.  This was probably the hardest hit I have seen in person.
