I expected to read an article that was full of errors and misleading information. Actually, except for not knowing about Ricky Davis (which is logical) that writer offered a very reasonable and objective analysis. I will repeat a question that I posed weeks ago: why does anybody have confidence in a team that cannot play defense? Given the huge role that numerous stellar defensive units have played in our football tradition, I find the current situation embarrassing and humiliating. The silver lining is that the new university president understands perfectly well that the restoration of the football program is absolutely essential. He will not put up with this nonsense for long.

According to the article Vince Coleman is not on the team. Any info as to why he is no longer with the team? He was gonna be a bright spot for the defense.
