What the heck is going on with the women's team this year, a lot of talent back from last year but they are really struggling.
I know that the coach is gone, is that a big part of it. BTW any word on the coach?

The bathrooms on the East side are fine, I mean they are bathrooms.
Gimmicks are not going to fill the seats. I would not stop them but they are not the answer.
Bringing in groups, high school bands, peewee leagues, school groups has to help, certainly some of them would catch the bug.
Biggest issues from now on are the money and the portal. If you try to develop talent and you do well at it, you risk losing players to bigtime schools that can hand out more cash. We will need to come up with cash and hope to cherry pick D2.
Loyalty, for the most part, is gone.
If the NCAA does not make some changes future is bleak for most schools in our situation and I really hate to say that

Money is ruining college sports. Not saying that the players do not deserve something for their efforts, above and beyond a free education, but the current setup just cannot be the best answer. Building a program will be a thing of the past, loyalty is gone. If you do not have a lot of NIL money you will be lucky to stumble into a playoff game every now and then.

Assuming that it is true what a waste.
I always have a problem when public people, athletics, politicians etc, are sanctioned before they have due process and found to be guilty. Not how our system was setup.
With that said, if/when someone is found guilty, they need to face the music.
