Does anyone know if the team has an alternate uniform? Say maybe an all black uniform with a white helmet with red Y or black helmet with a red Y? That would be really cool. I'm the sure the fans and the players would love it. Not to mention I'm sure that would be a plus with recruiting. If we don't have one , we need to work on it.

Joe Scalzo wrote a nice article about the J. Cejudo (PK/P) and N. Gibbs (LS). Kinda funny how both these high school teammates from California ended up at YSU. I'm really interestsed to see how well Cejudo does taking over for N. Liste. Handling all three kicking jobs is not easy.  My spys tell me he is having a nice Spring Camp.

Defensive Asst. Coach-Mike Zordich, formerly from the Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State

Looks like Wolford is making some solid hires.

I feel Mangino should take a bigger role with the team. He needs more input, he needs to be Co-Head Coach in reality not just name. He was National COY for a reason. Give him more power. I know some people may not like him but I wanna win football games.

I can not believe the negativity on this board. Unless I'm mistaken the Penguins can still win the Conference Title and a first round bye. Now with that being said, it probably won't happen unless the play calling gets better. We should have put up 35 points yesterday. Too many run plays and the same frickin' play. If they let Hess throw more they win. But wudda, shudda, cudda. Bad loss, hope they learn and get better. There is no other option. This season still has a great chance to be memorable. Hopefully we have a great crowd next Saturday and drop the Bison.

I know they struggled against USD but they have been solid all year. I hope Wolford starts to take the 3 points when he can. These next few games are gonna be tight and those 3 points will be very important at games end.  Apparently, Cejudo was a top JC kicker last year and ranked in the top 20 for his class and Liste has been very special all season that goes without saying. I do believe he will get into an NFL camp. Gibbs solid all season except for a two bad snaps. These next three weeks will be fun....
