ILS blew a big lead but won at Appy St in OT 38-37. Missed XP I assume.

21-3 NDSU over SDSU at the half

It is such a huge issue with those two playing in the first-round.

It is just plain wrong how the league gets treated. But that is for another thread.

I have to agree. $12 is simply too much for a General Admission ticket. $7-10 is more appropriate.
.
These will all be giant eagle 2-for-1 games ...so how does $6 sound?

I have not seen this, is it like this for all games

My group was in the middle of all the ISU fans, thank God we won. Most were just good football fans one guy and one woman were a little over the top but over all a nice group. Heard JT was there, maybe Wolf kicked it up a notch. Nice second half.

This is a fun team to watch. A team that ought to be top3-4 in the HL. But, how can people be expected to pay $10 for GENERAL ADMISSION($12 on game day), along with $5 for parking to go and watch YSU win by 30-50 points against Geneva, Hiram and Marygrove? The ONLY game worthy of paying to see until January is next Wednesday against KENT.

12 bucks is on the steep side for me. I really think they would make more money with lower prices to get more people to come.

Looked flat in the 1st half, defense sparked the run in the 2nd.

Did not play that great but still won, I can live with that

The YSU women win another game on the road and are now 2-0! The article is on page 4 of the vindy!! What's on the front page you ask! Some crazy story about car racing and cereal, big ben's injury status, two highschool playoff articles, and YSU's football playoff's chances . I will concede the last three to the front page but cereal and racing and Big Ben ! Put the basketball win on the front page where it belongs!!

You beat me to it, anything other then page 1 makes the Vindy a JOKE!

I just think it is hard for them to dump on Wolf and then show their support of YSU by doing this kind of coverage

U-Mass at Akron....7.000 fans. Not sure if that is actual attendance or tickets sold.  Could have only been 5000.
Kent State at Miami.  Paper said 13,000 but looking at the stands they had less than 10,000.
Our attendance is not that bad.
I do want to get back to the play-offs  (someday)

With money the way it is now days, and multitude of venues there are to spend it, those numbers do  not surprise me. To get past those hardcore fans and draw the big numbers you have to win and convince the casual fans that it is worth spending their time and money to see YSU play - in the cold and rain etc.

A division 1 school in town and the top two stories on page 1 are about 2 high school teams. What is up with that? Football at least made bottom of page one, BB ended up on page 7.

Get with it guys.

Not saying that a win against indy would get us in but there is always a chance. Biggest wildcard for us is the Pitt card.

It is hard to tell how many were in the loges but 3500 to 5000 would be a safe guess. Basically what you saw Sat was the hardcore fan base.
